Notice of Approval of Bylaws
I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller Marine Administration, pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Akaroa Harbour and Foreshore Bylaw 1968, Amendment No. 7, 1982, made by the Akaroa County Council at a meeting held on 26 February 1982 and confirmed on 26 March 1982.

Commerce Act 1975
Notice is hereby given of decision No. 65A of the Commerce Commission dated 18 May 1982. By this decision the Commerce Commission revokes the Order contained in its decision No. 65 dated 24 February 1982 and orders in substitution and pursuant to section 24 of the Act:
“That Wilson and Horton Limited discontinues the practice of refusing to supply Direct Contact Limited, and any of its authorised agents, the service of publishing in the New Zealand Herald advertisements relating to real estate, at the prices and on the usual commercial terms and conditions prescribed by Wilson and Horton Limited for the publishing of classified real estate advertisements and further orders that, if requested by Direct Contact Limited, the advertisements placed by it be inserted in the appropriate category of those classifications which are set aside and used for classified real estate advertisements. Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 22 of the Act this amending Order shall come into force on 20 May 1982.”

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2813 Ag. 6442)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:
(i) An area of 7.8 hectares or thereabouts situated south-east of and adjoining Guthries Road, Christchurch, in Block III of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 16148, part of Rural Sections 1020 and 11528, certificate of title 558/72 (Canterbury Registry).
This land was previously scheduled (b) (1) in Notice No. 1044.
This notice should be read together with notice No. 1044, dated 11 March 1975.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:
(i) An area of 5.9640 hectares or thereabouts, being situated north-east of and adjoining Harewood Road, being in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on D.P. 2712 part of Rural Section 394, certificate of title 251/188 (Canterbury Registry).
This land was previously scheduled (b) (ii) in Notice No. 1924.
This notice should be read together with Notice No. 1924, dated 7 April 1978.

(i) An area of 2.8378 hectares or thereabouts, situated north-east of and adjoining Grassmere Street in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District being Lot 1, D.P. 7419, part of Rural Section 308, certificate of title 367/149 (Canterbury Registry).
This land was previously scheduled (b) (1) in Notice No. 1924.
This notice should be read together with Notice No. 1924, dated 7 April 1978.

(i) An area of 5.2735 hectares, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Walters Road in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 23, D.P. 772, part of Rural Sections 6386, certificate of title 550/071 (Canterbury Registry).
This land was previously scheduled (b) (1) in Notice No. 1664.
This notice should be read together with Notice No. 1664, dated 18 May 1977.
