Establishment of Small Claims Tribunals

PURSUANT to section 4 (1) of the Small Claims Tribunals Act 1976, I hereby establish tribunals to exercise the jurisdiction in respect of small claims created by that Act at the following places—

each Tribunal shall be a division of the District Court at the place in which it is located.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hurunui County) Notice No. 2, 1982.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Waipara County) Notice 1969 dated the 7th day of January 1969† issued pursuant to regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to section 25 (2) of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 11.
   (2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1981.

2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 6) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefor.

3. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 10*, is hereby consequently revoked.
