Declaring Road in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District,
Waikato County, to be Government Road and to be Stopped

THE Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 124 of the Public Works Act 1981,
declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to
be Government road, and

(b) Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981,
stops the said road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road, containing 110 square metres, situated
in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, adjoining or passing
through Part 23, D.P. 23455, part Allotment 15, Taupiri Parish,
Road and Lot 2, D.P. 24914; as shown marked “G” on S.O.
Plan 51004, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at
Hamilton.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road
and shall vest in The Raglan County Council on the 20th day
of May 1982.
