PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Pohangina County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 215, folio 163:

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be added to the land held by the Crown as a scenic reserve described in the Sixth Schedule hereto:

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948:

(c) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the said land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 215, folio 163.
