PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the fencing covenants in transfers 426210 and 899624 and the building line restriction imposed by notice 860089, for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975 and shall vest in the Fire Service Commission on the 20th day of May 1982.

Declaring Land Acquired for Water Works in Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, Hutt County and City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water works and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council on the 20th day of May 1982, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 (see now section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979), for water works and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council on the 20th day of May 1982 and that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the reservations imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 (see now section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979), for water works and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council on the 20th day of May 1982 and that the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the reservations as to coal, gold or silver shown on certificate of title, Volume 444, folio 233, for water works and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council on the 20th day of May 1982 and that the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the reservations as to coal, gold or silver shown on certificate of title, Volume 112, folio 290, and subject to the right of way granted by Transfer 378956, for water works and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council on the 20th day of May 1982.
