PURSUANT to section 20B of the Gas Industry Act 1958, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the extension of the retail gas distribution area of the Wanganui City Council to include the places described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

THE County Town of Otamata and the Presbyterian Social Services Kowhainui Home, both situated in Waitotara County.

Appointments to the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council, Three Regional Arts Councils and the Council for Maori and South Pacific Arts

PURSUANT to sections 3 (2) [c], 27 (2) [a] and 27 (2) [b] of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974 and to section 25 (A) [2] of the Act as amended by the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Amendment Act 1978, the Minister of Internal Affairs has appointed:

Raymond John Patrick Columbus to be a member of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand for a further term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Roy Blount Walker to be a member of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand for a further term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Ernest Leslie Gilchrist to be a member of the Northern Regional Arts Council for a term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Richard David Bett to be a member of the Central Regional Arts Council for a term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Cathrine Anne Coolahan to be a member of the Central Regional Arts Council for a term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Brett Hadley Riley to be Chairman of the Southern Regional Arts Council for a term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

David Albert Nightingale to be a member of the Southern Regional Arts Council for a term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Kingi Matutaere Ihaka to be Chairman of the Council for Maori and South Pacific Arts for a further term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Le Mamea-Taulapapa Sefulu Ioane to be a member of the Council for Maori and South Pacific Arts for a further term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Florence Frisbie-Hebenstreit to be a member of the Council for Maori and South Pacific Arts for a further term of office expiring 31 March 1985.

Waana Morrel Davis to be a member of the Council for Maori and South Pacific Arts for a term of office expiring 31 March 1985.
