Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES-COROMANDEL DISTRICT
1618 square metres, more or less, being Lots 369 to 372 and 369A to 372A inclusive, D.P. 2000, situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 319, folio 220.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of April 1982.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 17th day of May 1982

THE RIGHT HON. D. S. THOMSON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of that Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Title—This order may be cited as the Whitford Brown Community Workshop Trust Order 1982.

Exemption—The Whitford Brown Community Workshop Trust, an organisation approved* by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at the corner of Kapiti Crescent and Mana Crescent, Titahi Bay, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Minimum Wage Act 1945, the Holidays Act 1981, and section 10 (2) (b) of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981.

Exemption—The Wellington Disabled Living Centre Trust, an organisation approved* by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at 11 Raroa Road, Lower Hutt, from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Minimum Wage Act 1945, the Holidays Act 1981, and section 10 (2) (b) of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981.
