Approval of Motorcycle Riding School
PURSUANT to regulation 19d (5) of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the Motorcycle Riding School listed in the Schedule hereto to the effect that it may issue certificates of riding instruction to enable a person to obtain a full licence to drive a motor cycle in accordance with regulation 19d of the said regulations:

State Forest Land Set Apart as a Dedicated Area—Kapowai Ecological Area—Auckland Conservancy
PURSUANT to section 15 of the Forests Act 1949 (as inserted by section 2 of the Forests Amendment Act 1973, and amended by section 5 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), the Minister of Forests hereby gives notice that the various areas of land described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart and dedicated for the purposes of reserving the best remaining example of a full altitudinal sequence of kauri-podocarp-hardwood forest types with frequent admixtures of hard beech. The area of land so dedicated shall be known as Kapowai Ecological Area.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1982
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 4) 1982.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1982. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exemption notice shown in the Second Schedule is hereby withdrawn.
