IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 January 1982, No. 7 at page 262, note the following:

The corrected notations appear in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

IN the declaration with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 12, 11 February 1982, p. 367, for the letter of “A” given for the land fourteenthly described, read “AA” which letters appear in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM

Timber Preservation Regulations 1955—Branding and Identification of Preservative Treated Timber

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 March 1982, page 662, in paragraph 2.1.4, for “5000 mm” read “5000 m²”, and after sub-paragraph 2.2.5.2 insert:

“2.3 Exemptions from the need to brand.

3.3.1 Fence battens and droppers.

3.3.2 Timber 1250 mm² and less in cross section.

3.3.3 Timber less than 19 mm nominal sawn dimension in thickness.”

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in The Bay of Islands County Council.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6805 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Motatau Survey District, and being part Motatau No. 2, Section 49; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 55152, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 23rd day of April 1982.
