The District Grand Royal Arch Chapter of the North Island, New Zealand, Under the Supreme Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of England

In the matter of the District Grand Lodges and District Grand Royal Arch Chapters of English Freemasons of New Zealand Trustees Act 1976:

I, Ivan Eaglestone Whale, Grand Superintendent for the District Grand Royal Arch Chapter of the North Island, New Zealand, under the Supreme Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of England, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 10 of the above-mentioned Act, that I have appointed Edwin Andrew Gibb, the Grand Scribe of the said District Grand Royal Arch Chapter, and as such he is the authorised representative in terms of the said Act.

ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 8th day of January 1982, cancelled the registry of Lily of Sydenham Rebekah Lodge No. 12, Register No. 146/85, a branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of New Zealand Friendly Society, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 13 January 1982 at Napier was 236.03 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 25.0 per cent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 13th day of January 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
