of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 16th day of December 1981, presented to the said Court

on the 1st day of March 1982, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon;

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER

THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon
it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise
of all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby
resolve by way of special resolution intended to operate

as a special order to borrow the sum of one million six
hundred and seventeen thousand, nine hundred and seventy-
five dollars, $1,617,975, to be known as Forestry Encourage-
ment Loan No. 5 1981 $1,617,975 for the purposes of estab-
lishing forestry plantations totalling 2157.3 hectares.

The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary
meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 16
November 1981, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of
the said Authority held on 14 December 1981, having mean-
time been advertised in the Auckland Star on Saturday, 21
November 1981, and 5 December 1981.

The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereto affixed in the presence of the chairman and secretary:

HAURAKI CATCHMENT BOARD AND REGIONAL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCK XII,
AROHA SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR RIVER CONTROL

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hauraki Catchment Board
and Regional Water Board proposes, under the provisions of
the Public Works Act 1928, to take for soil conservation and
rivers control purposes the land described in the Schedule
hereto, such land to be used for soil and water conservation
works as part of the Waihou Valley Scheme, and notice is
hereby further given that the plan of the land so required
to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Hauraki Catch-
ment Board and Regional Water Board situated at 59 Whitaker
Street, Te Aroha, and is there open for inspection; that all
persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should,
if they have an objection to the taking of the said land, not
being an objection to the amount or payment of compensa-
tion, make a written objection and send it within 40 days
after the first publication of this notice to the Planning
Tribunal, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North; and that, if
any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a
public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that land containing approximately 3.3752 hectares in
total, being designated as part of Lot 19, D.P. 179, Block XII,
Aroha Survey District (D.P.L. Volume 5c, folio 207). The
said land adjoins the Waiorongomai and Pohomihu Streams
near Te Aroha on Mill Road, and the licensee, under deferred
payment licence, is Ormond Ernest Stuart Tasker.
