PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (youth camp), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Lands are Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tauranga City Council on the 10th day of September 1981:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said City in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be reserves for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.
