Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for historic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Hawaikiiti Historic Reserve.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XVI, Waitaha Survey District, Westland County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by Westland County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948 and the road secondly described shall form part of the Waitaha River bed and the road secondly described shall be reserved from sale or other disposition subject to section 58 of the said Land Act 1948.
