PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Manukau City Council.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Manukau City Council, from and after the 21st day of January 1982.

Road Closed and Vested in Block XI, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby closed, and declares that the road described in the First Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Peter John Roebuck of Waipawa, solicitor, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 391484.1, 393869.5 Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and hereby further declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Daniel Paul Butler of Puro Puro, Tamumu near Waipawa, sheepfarmer.
