Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Rotoma Survey District and Block IV, Rotoiti Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Nicholls and Holmes Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tauranga, subject to section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, and to memoranda of mortgage H. 306946.2 and H. 275435.3, South Auckland Registry.
