Land Declared to be Road in Block IV, Te Mata Survey District, Havelock North Borough
PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in The Schedule hereto to be road, which land shall vest in The Havelock North Borough Council on the 29th day of April 1982.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 square metres, situated in Block IV, Te Mata Survey District, being part Lot 12, D.P. 11828; as shown marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 7645, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

The Central Canterbury Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1965, Amendment No. 5
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby amends the Central Canterbury Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1965* as amended by the amendments specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to the First Schedule thereto under the heading “Lines Authorised” the following paragraph:
“(6) A line commencing at a point in the Ashburton Electric Power Board’s licensed area of supply in Block IV, Glenrock Survey District and proceeding in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 2300 metres and crossing through Block XII, Whitcombe Survey District, to the boundary of the Licensee’s own licensed area of supply in Block VIII, Whitcombe Survey District. The said line being more particularly shown on plan marked NZE 1034 deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.”

Franklin Electric Power Board Lines Licence 1967, Amendment No. 3
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby amends the Franklin Electric Power Board Lines Licence 1967* as amended by the amendments specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to that part of the Schedule headed “Lines Authorised” the following paragraph:
“(7) A line commencing from a point on the Board’s boundary and which is 250m west of S.H.22 situated in Block XVI Awaroa S.D. and proceeding in a southerly direction for approximately 680 metres to the eastern side of State Highway 22 thence continuing along that side of State Highway 22 in a southerly direction for approximately 240 metres; with a spur line tapping approximately 200 metres south from the commencement of the said line proceeding in a north-easterly direction for approximately 200 metres to the western side of State Highway 22; the said lines being more particularly shown in red on the plan marked NZE 1029 deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.”

Amending Notice to the Open Season for Game in the Wanganui and Wellington Acclimatisation Districts
The Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 38 of 5 April 1982, at page 1147, relating to the open season for game in certain acclimatisation districts is amended as follows.
In that portion of the Second Schedule which relates to the Wanganui Acclimatisation District:
Game That may be Hunted or Killed Duration of 1982 Season
Grey, shoveler (or spoonbill) and mallard duck 1 May to 27 June 1982 inclusive.

The Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels) Notice 1982
PURSUANT to regulation 10 of the Motor Vehicles Registration and Licensing Regulations 1963*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels) Notice 1982.
-
The fees for registration plates and licence labels in respect of the licensing year commencing on 1 July 1982, and (unless otherwise prescribed) any licensing year thereafter, shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

The warrant dated the 17th day of March 1981† is hereby revoked, provided that the fees prescribed therein shall remain in force until the end of the licensing year which commenced on 1 July 1981.
SCHEDULE
Trade plates for:
Motorcycles, powercycles and trailers $2 each.
Motor vehicles (other than motorcycles, powercycles, and trailers) $3 per set of 2 plates.
Registration plates for:
Motorcycles, powercycles, tractors and trailers $2 each.
Motor vehicles not otherwise specified $4 per set of 2 plates.
Licence labels 20 cents per label.
