PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the 29th day of April 1982.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the rights of way created by Deed 39018 (66/112) and transfers 73684, 80916, 75598, and 85098 for housing purposes and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for housing purposes and both shall vest in The Wellington City Council on the 29th day of April 1982.
