Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Irrigation Purposes in Ashburton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development amends the declaration declaring land to be acquired for irrigation purposes in Ashburton County published in the Gazette of 18 February 1982, No. 18, at page 528, by adding that the land acquired is subject to the water race easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 62410, Canterbury Land District.
