Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Westland County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Warner Barry Gosling of Greymouth, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 474 recorded in Volume 1C, folio 1017, Westland Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road on the 29th day of April 1982.
