In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 151, 17 December 1981, p. 3827 referring to State Highway No. 60, Motueka Bluffs to Dickers Road section for “half its width on the western side across the frontage of part Lot II” read “half its width on the eastern side across the frontage of part Lot II”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY

2.3395 hectares, more or less, being Section 24, Block XV, Ngāruroro Survey District, as shown on plan N133/5, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 5790.)
