“All that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost point of the boundary of East Coast Bays City and proceeding south-westerly generally along that boundary to and along the boundary of the Glenfield Urban Ward of Takapuna City and along the boundaries of Birkenhead City, Northcote Borough, Takapuna City, Devonport Borough, Takapuna City and East Coast Bays City to the point of commencement. And all that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the boundary of Waitemata City and the middle of Brigdams Creek and proceeding up the middle of that State highway, Don Buck Road, Glen Road and Swanson Road to and southerly generally along the boundary of Henderson Borough to and along the eastern boundary of the Waitakere Urban Ward of Waitemata City to the westernmost point of Lot 1, D.P. 45060, in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 1 to the New Lynn-Huia Main Highway No. 808 and along a right line to the north-western corner of Lot 23, D.P. 42669; thence southerly along the western boundary of that Lot 14 and easterly generally along the generally southern boundaries of the said Lot 14 and Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, D.P. 42669, to the southern corner of Lot 23, D.P. 42669; thence along a right line to the intersection of the production of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 112, D.P. 22899, and the middle of the stream forming the general eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 24312; thence south-easterly generally down the middle of the said stream to and easterly generally along the boundaries of Waitemata City, Auckland City, Mt. Roskill Borough, Onehunga Borough, One Tree Hill Borough, Mt. Wellington Borough, Manukau City, Papakura City, the Manurewa Ward of Manukau City and the Otara Ward of Manukau City, to a point in the middle of the Maungamaungaroa Stream in line with the southernmost point of part Allotment 235, Pakuranga Parish; thence northerly down the middle of the said stream to and north-westerly generally along the boundaries of Manukau City, Howick Borough, Manukau City, Papatoetoe City, Otahuhu Borough, Mt. Wellington Borough, Auckland City, New Lynn Borough and Waitemata City to the point of commencement. All the aforesaid city, borough and ward boundaries being as from time to time constituted.”

New Zealand Poultry Board—Notice of Amendment to the Boundaries of the Palmerston North Egg Marketing Area (Notice No. 2797, Ag. No. 4/57/1 (a))

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Poultry Board Regulations 1980, the New Zealand Poultry Board hereby gives notice that as from the 2nd day of August 1982, the boundaries of the Palmerston North Egg Marketing Area as defined in the First Schedule to the said regulations are hereby amended by substituting for the description of the Palmerston North Egg Marketing Area as set out in the First Schedule the following description, together with the land extending outwards therefrom to a distance of 60 metres.

“All that area of land within the city of Palmerston North as it may be constituted from time to time.

Also the area within the Wellington Land District known as Feilding Borough as may be constituted from time to time.”
