Advertising the Taking of a Census: Section 31 (5) of the
Statistics Act 1975

Pursuant to section 31 (5) of the Statistics Act 1975, notice
is given that a Census of Manufacturing (1981/82) which has
been approved by the Minister of Statistics, is being undertaken
by the Department of Statistics.

The census will cover all classes of undertakings listed
below:

All establishments (factories, workshops, etc), the predo-
minant activity of which is that of manufacturing, pro-
cessing, assembly, or repair, plus the activities of ancillary
units (head offices, etc) which service or predominantly
service those establishments, i.e. all establishments classified
to Major Division 3: Manufacturing of the New Zealand
Standard Industrial Classification. (Single establishment
firms having an average of less than two persons engaged
full-time are excluded from the census).

It is the duty of the person in charge of each undertaking
of any of the above classes who has not received a question-
naire within 21 days after the date of this advertisement to
inform the Government Statistician that such an undertaking
exists.

Commerce Act 1925

Notice is hereby given that by Decision No. 66, dated 31
March 1982, the Commerce Commission resolvedβ€”

(1) To dispense with an inquiry pursuant to section 41 of
the Act and (2) to approve the collective pricing
agreement or arrangement under which New Zealand
Drycleaners Ltd., Auckland, G. Kline Ltd. and Mat-
wen Enterprises Ltd. perform drycleaning and related
services at prices or on terms agreed between them
for so long as all the companies remain parties to
the deed dated 13 April 1976, attached as appendix
F to the Examiner's report.

A copy of this decision is available for inspection at the
Commission's office, Sixth Floor, Chase NBA House, 163 The
Terrace (P.O. Box 10273), Wellington. Copies may be pur-
chased.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agree-
ments have been signed between the Minister of Education
and the proprietor of the following primary schools:

Sacred Heart School, Walsh Street, Reefton.
St. Canice's School, Derby Street, Westport.

The said schools will enter into the state education system
in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools
Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 31 March
1982. Copies of the integration agreements are available for
inspection without charge by any member of the public at
the Department of Education, Head Office, Government
Building, Wellington.

Boundaries of County of Rodney Defined

WHEREAS, by notice dated 17 March 1978, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 30 March 1978, No. 23, page 733,
the Secretary for Local Government purported, pursuant to
section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974, to define the
boundaries of Rodney County consequent on the union of
Rodney County and Warkworth Independent Town District by
Order in Council made on 20 December 1976, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 December 1976, No. 129,
page 2926:

And whereas that notice was not correct in that it omitted
the mention of Kawau Island in the given definition of the
boundaries of Rodney County; and whereas it is desirable
that that notice be revoked:

Now therefore, pursuant to section 48 of the Local Govern-
ment Act 1974, the Secretary for Local Government hereby
revokes that notice and hereby defines, as set out in the
schedule hereto, the boundaries of Rodney County.

SCHEDULE

All that area in the North Auckland Land District containing
2334 square kilometres, more or less, bounded by a line
commencing in Block 1, Waitakere Survey District, at the
junction of the middle of the Waitakere River with the sea
coast of the Tasman Sea and proceeding north-westerly along
that sea coast to the South Head of the Kaipara Harbour;
thence easterly and northerly generally along the southern
and eastern shores of the Kaipara Harbour and its creeks to
and north-easterly generally along the left bank of the Orua-
wharo River and its creeks to and along the left bank of the
Topuni River to the middle of the first tributary northwards
from the end of Ross Road; thence easterly up the middle of
that tributary to its intersection with the middle of the North
Auckland railway as shown on S.O. Plan 16338 in Block VII,
Otamatea Survey District; thence south-easterly along the
middle of that railway to a point in line with the middle of
Ross Road; thence north-easterly along a right line to and
along the middle of that road to and south-easterly along the
middle of State Highway No. 1 to a point in line with the
southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 30610, in Block VIII, Ota-
matea Survey District; thence easterly along a right line to and
along the southern boundary of that Lot 2 to and southerly
along the eastern boundary of Otioro and Te Topuni Block
to and south-westerly along the middle of the public road
forming the north-easterly boundaries of Allotment 250, Orua-
wharo Parish to and north-easterly along the middle of the
public road forming the south-eastern boundaries of Allot-
ments 74A, NE74, W73, NE73, SW175, SM175, M175, N175,
S174, M174, N174, 173, S172, N172, 27, E24, 229 and 18 all
the aforesaid allotments being of Oruawharo Parish to and
easterly along the middle of the public road forming the
southern boundaries of Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 42988 and Allot-
ments 12, 11 and 10 Oruawharo Parish in Block I, Pakiri
Survey District to a point in line with the eastern boundary
of that Allotment 10; thence northerly along a right line to
and along the eastern boundary of the said Allotment 10 to and
easterly and northerly along the southern and eastern bound-
aries of Allotment 50 Mangawhai Parish and the last boundary
produced to and easterly along the middle of Cames Road to
a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment E78;
thence northerly along a right line to and along the eastern
boundary of Allotments E78 and 16, to and easterly along the
northern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2 D.P. 76753 and the last
boundary produced to and south-easterly along the middle of
Tomarata-Mangawhai Road to a point in line with the south-
ern boundary of Allotment 97; thence easterly along a right
line to and along the southern boundary and northerly along
the eastern boundary of that Allotment 97, to and westerly
along the southern boundaries of Allotment 313 all the afore-
said Allotments being of Mangawhai Parish and Lot 1, D.P.
24567 and the last boundary produced to a point in line with
the middle of Tomarata-Mangawhai Road; thence northerly
along the middle of the aforesaid road to and north-westerly
along the middle of Pauls Road and the middle of that part
of Pauls Road forming the northern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P.
24723, and the last middle-line produced to the middle of
the Mangawhai Stream in Block III, Mangawhai Survey
District; thence north-westerly down the middle of that stream
to and north easterly along the southern shores of the Manga-
whai Harbour to and south-easterly and southerly, generally
