(g) One member appointed by the New Zealand Liquor Industry Council;
(h) Two members appointed by the New Zealand Licensed Restaurant, Cabaret and Caterers Association;
(i) One member appointed by the Motel Association of New Zealand;
(j) One member appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Vocational Training Council to represent the interests of Residential Institutions;
(k) One member appointed by the Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand;
(l) One member appointed by Dominion Breweries Ltd.;
(m) One member appointed by Lion Breweries Ltd.;
(2) In addition to the members specified in subclause (1) of this clause, the board may co-opt not more than four additional members.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this clause the appointed members of the board shall hold office for a period of 3 years, but may from time to time be reappointed.
(2) Any co-opted member shall hold office during the pleasure of the board for a period not exceeding 3 years, but may be reappointed.
(3) If any member dies or resigns his office by writing under his own hand addressed to the board or the chairman or the secretary thereof, or is absent without leave from the meetings of the board for three consecutive meetings, or while holding office becomes for any reason ineligible to remain a member, the casual vacancy so created shall be filled as soon as practical thereafter by the appointment of a member in the manner in which the vacating member was appointed, and the member appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office for the residue of the term of office of the member whom he replaces.
(4) Unless he sooner vacates his office every appointed member of the board shall continue in office until his successor comes into office.
(5) The powers of the board shall not be affected by any vacancy in the membership thereof. -
(1) The deputy member may be appointed in the same manner as an appointed member, to be the deputy of that member and act in the absence of that member from any meeting of the board.
(2) While any person is acting pursuant to subclause (1) of this clause he shall be deemed to be a full member of the board. The fact that any person so acts shall be sufficient evidence of his authority to do so. -
This notice revokes the Hotel and Catering Training Board Notice 1979.*

Cromwell College Board of Governors Notice 1982
PURSUANT to Regulation 6 of the Education (Forms I to VII Schools) Regulations 1976, and section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
-
(a) This notice shall be cited as the Cromwell College Board of Governors Notice 1982.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 1 June 1982. -
There shall be a Board of Governors for Cromwell College which shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school controlled by the board;
(c) Six members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school controlled by the board;
(d) One member elected by the Goldfields Primary School Committee;
(e) One member elected by the Cromwell Primary School Committee;
(f) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- The Otago Education Board shall cease to control Cromwell College and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

PURSUANT to section 25 (2) of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 10.
(2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1981. -
The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 6), is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefor.

Fixing Rate of Kiwifruit Levy 1982-83, Notice No. 2782, Ag. 4/54/10/1
PURSUANT to regulation 18 of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977, as I have received a recommendation from the Kiwifruit Authority, I hereby give notice that:
(a) The rate of kiwifruit levy for the year ended 31 March 1983 shall be 46 cents in respect of each tray of kiwifruit exported;
(b) The full amount of the levy shall be due and payable to the authority by the exporter when the tray is exported, but the exporter may recover from the producer an amount not exceeding 30 cents per tray.
