The Traffic (Alexandra Borough and Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1982
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Alexandra Borough and Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1982.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Alexandra Borough and Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1976 dated the 26th day of March 1976† issued pursuant to Section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Alexandra Borough:
No. 8 State Highway (Timaru-Milton): from the north-western boundary of Alexandra Borough to Gregg Street and from the southern boundary of Alexandra Borough to the southern end of the bridge over the Clutha River.
No. 85 State Highway (Palmerston-Alexandra): from the eastern boundary of Alexandra Borough to a point 220 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State Highway from Samson Street.
Dunstan Road: from the northern boundary of Alexandra Borough to a point 840 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Chicago Street.
Earnsleigh Road: from a point 320 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Aronui Road to the Borough boundary.
Graveyard Gully Road.
Little Valley Road.
Tucker Hill Road.

No. 85 State Highway (Palmerston-Alexandra): from Coal Pit Road to a point 220 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State Highway from Samson Street.

The Te Awamutu Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1964, Amendment No. 3
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy, hereby amends the Te Awamutu Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1964* as amended by the amendments specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to the First Schedule thereto under the heading “Lines Authorised” the following paragraph:
“6. Lines commencing from a point on the Board’s boundary in Section 26 and proceeding in a generally southerly direction for—
(a) approximately 100 metres, and
(b) approximately 1405 metres
all being situated in Block III, Orahiri Survey District.
The said lines being more particularly shown on the plan marked NZE 1031 deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.”

The Cambridge Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967, Amendment No. 3
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968 the Minister of Energy hereby amends the Cambridge Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967* as amended by the amendments specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to the Second Schedule to the said licence the following paragraph:
“3. A line commencing from a point on the Board’s boundary on the northern side of Maungatautari Road and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 300 metres, all being situated in Block XIV, Cambridge Survey District. The said line is more particularly shown on the plan marked NZE 1033 deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.”

Consent to the Generation of Electricity by James Martin Robertson at Takaka by the Use of Water
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby consents to the generation of electricity by James Martin Robertson of Takaka by the use of water, subject to the following conditions.
CONDITIONS
-
The conditions directed by the Water Power Regulations 1934 to be implied in every licence to use water for the purpose of generating or storing electricity shall be deemed to be conditions of this consent as if it were such a licence.

This consent is subject to compliance with the Water Power Regulations 1934, the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations hereafter made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations, as if in the case of the Water Power Regulations 1934 it were a licence under the Public Works Act 1928 to use water for the purpose of generating electricity as well as a consent under the Electricity Act 1968 to generate electricity by the use of water.
