PURSUANT to section 124 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this notice be under the control and management of The Wallace County Council.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped in Blocks II and III, Waipori Survey District, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, and vested in The Tuapeka County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The areas marked “F” and “G” on S.O. Plan 19045, “I” on S.O. Plan 19046, “E” on S.O. Plan 19047, “G”, “I” and “K” on S.O. Plan 19048 shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(ii) The areas marked “H” and “I” on S.O. Plan 19048 shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 5B/102 held by Archibald James Scorgie of Lee Stream, farmer, and Archibald James Scorgie of Lee Stream, farmer, and Anne Elizabeth Scorgie of Lee Stream, married woman, as to the other half share, subject to mortgage No. 533814/2 affecting the half share of Archibald James Scorgie and Anne Elizabeth Scorgie only.

(iii) The areas marked “H” on S.O. Plan 19045 and “D” and “E” on S.O. Plan 19047 shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 5B/101 held by William Scorgie of Lee Stream, farmer.

(iv) The area marked “E” on S.O. Plan 19045 and “E” on S.O. Plan 19044 shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 5B/100 held by Archibald James Scorgie of Lee Stream, farmer.
