1030 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 34

  1. In this bylaw the expression "heavy motor vehicle" has the meaning assigned to it in the Transport Act 1962.

  2. No person shall take or drive any heavy motor vehicle or combination of heavy motor vehicles on to the Waitangi-Taona (Waitangi) River Bridge at R.P. 584/0.00 on No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill) while there is another heavy motor vehicle or combination of heavy motor vehicles on that bridge.

  3. Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200).

This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held at Wellington on the 17th day of March 1982.

National Roads Board: Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 March 1982 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, Inglewood to Norfolk Road section, for half its width on the western side for 100 metres northward from the point of junction of the southern boundary of part Section 136, Moa District (C.T. B4/966), as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 42/30/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Minister of Works and Development, New Plymouth and there available for Public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board: Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 March 1982 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 49, Raetihi to Mangawhero River section for a width of 13 metres on its northern side across the frontages of Ngapakihi Blocks 1C2B and 1B2B (C.T's 6C/638 and 7C/1025 respectively), as more particularly shown on Sheet 1, Plan LA 43/101/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui and there available for Public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board: Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 March 1982 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 57A, Forest Hill Road to Kairanga County Boundary, for half its width on the northern side across the frontages of part Lot 7, D.P. 4945 (C.T. 21D/728), and Lot 1, D.P. 52541 (C.T. 21D/727) as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan L.A. 44/116/6/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North and there available for Public inspection, to be a limited access road.

The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1982

PURSUANT to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, hereby gives the following notice—

NOTICE

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Government Railways (Fees for Documents) Notice 1982.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1982.

  2. Fees for documents—The fees which the New Zealand Railways Corporation may charge for the preparation of the documents specified in section 118 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 shall be those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice.

(a) Where annual rent does not exceed $1,000 50
(b) Where annual rent exceeds $1,000 but less than $2,000 75
(c) Where annual rent exceeds $2,000 but less than $3,000 85
(d) Where annual rent exceeds $3,000 but less than $4,000 95
(e) Where annual rent exceeds $4,000 but less than $5,000 110
