Land Acquired for the Auckland - Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Auckland - Hamilton Motorway on the 25th day of March 1982.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

AN undivided one-third share in all that piece of land containing 223 square metres, situated in the City of Auckland, and being part Lot 8 of a subdivision of Allotments 7, 8 and 9, of Section 54, of the City of Auckland, and part Lot 31, of the said Section 54, and being the land secondly described in certificate of title, Volume 529, folio 290, limited as to parcels and title.
