A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 71 of the Petroleum Amendment Act (No. 2) 1980, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the Kinleith-Kawerau Pipeline shall be set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the areas marked on plans marked 0/202/21/3014/102 to 0/202/21/3014/116 (inclusive) referred to in the said Schedule.
