72.7.3 Minimum charge
Goods in quantities exceeding 250 kilograms deadweight or 0.250 cubic metres measurement shall be subject to a minimum charge as for 250 kilograms or 0.250 cubic metres at the rates prescribed in clause 72.7.2.
