  1. CLASS E

39.1 Minimum wagon loads

Minimum loads of goods chargeable at class E shall be as follows:

*Mc wagons are not to be loaded with bulk commodities.

39.2 Loads under minimum

39.2.1 Category A: Goods classified class E specified in clause 39.1 under category A not complying with the minimum loads shown shall be charged at such minima, or on actual weight at class E plus 50 percent, whichever is cheaper.

39.2.2 Category B: Class E goods specified in clause 39.1 under Category B and not complying with the minimum loads shown but complying with the following minimum loads, shall be charged at the class E minimum loads specified in clause 39.1 or at class E plus 25 percent, whichever is cheaper. Any lesser quantity shall be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at class E plus 50 percent, whichever is cheaper.

39.3 Handling and tallying

The Corporation may require all loading, unloading, and tallying to be performed by the owners. Where any such services are performed by the Corporation charges as prescribed in clause 60 shall be made, except that no charge shall be made for loading, unloading, or tallying when goods are charged at Class E plus 25 or 50 percent except where in clause 35.4 it is provided that loading and unloading be performed by owners.

40.1 Wool charges

Wool, unscoured or scoured shall be charged as follows:

Undumped or single dumped bales ... ... ... ... Class H
