Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for Road and the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks V, IX, and X, Hapuaokohe Survey District, Waikato County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the proclamation dated the 31st day of October 1977, published in the New Zealand Gazette 1 December 1977, No. 121, page 3139, taking land for road and the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road, by omitting the piece of land being part Allotments (195 and 197) B, Taupiri Parish containing 2 roods 27.4 perches eightycently described in the First Schedule thereto and the piece of land containing 9.95 perches fourthly described in the Second Schedule thereto and substituting the land described in the following First and Second Schedules.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 26.5 perches, situated in Block V, Hapuaokohe Survey District, being part (195 and 197) B, Taupiri Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 38986, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road
ALL that piece of land containing 2.9 perches, situated in Block V, Hapuaokohe Survey District, being part (195 and 197) B, Taupiri Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 38986, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of February 1982.

Appointment of High Commissioner for New Zealand in Malaysia
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council has been pleased to appoint
Harle Freeman-Greene
to be High Commissioner for New Zealand in Malaysia under and for the purposes of the Foreign Affairs Act 1943, to hold the said office as on and from the 2nd day of March 1982 and ending with the 1st day of March 1985.
