In the notice with the above heading published in New Zealand Gazette, dated 28 January 1982, No. 7, at page 255, for the words and figures “Part Waiariki Stream Bed; marked “Q” on plan” which appear in the description of the land fourthly described in the Second Schedule read “Part Waiariki Stream Bed; marked ‘O’ on plan”, which words and figures appear in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Blocks V, IX, and X, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 28 January 1982, No. 7, at page 262, for the words and figures “Rotomahana Parekarangi GS2B Block” which appear in the descriptions of the land eleventh, seventeenth and eighteenth described, read “Rotomahana Parekarangi GS2A Block”, which words and figures appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development. This corrigendum is in substitution for that published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 18 February 1982, No. 18, at page 519.

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 12, 11 February 1982, at page 365, for the words and figures “Part Parekarangi A2 Block; marked ‘7C’ on plan” which appear in the description of the land thirdly described, read “Part Parekarangi A2 Block; marked ‘7G’,” which words and figures appear in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.
