The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1982

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 2, 1978, dated the 18th day of October 1978† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Whangarei County at One Tree Point:

Albany Road.
Curlew Place.
Finch Street.
Gannet Place.
Graham Street.
Karoro Road.
Manaiā View Road (North).
Marama Place.

One Tree Point Road: from Albany Road to a point 100 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Karoro Road.

Pyle Road West: from a point 250 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Manaiā View Road to its north-western terminating point.

Shearwater Street.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Whangarei County at One Tree Point:

One Tree Point Road: from a point 100 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Karoro Road to Shearwater Street.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimca County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The notice issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1962 and the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 22nd day of June 1966† which relates to a road situated within Waimca County at Tasman, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Waimca County at Tasman:

No. 60 State Highway (Richmond-Collingwood): from a point 50 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Dickers Road to a point 70 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Kina Beach Road.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hurunui Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hurunui Licensing Committee on 10 February 1982 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises listed below:

West Oxford Hotel, Main Street, Oxford,
Masonic Hotel, Main Road, Southbrook,
Leithfield Hotel, Leithfield,
Waipara Hotel, Main North Road, Waipara,
Red Lion Tavern, High Street, Rangiora,
Waiau Hotel, Waiau,
Star and Garter Hotel, Waikari.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Manawatu Licensing Committee on 27 November 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Club Hotel, Pahiatua.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
