PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The notice issued pursuant to regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 10th day of June 1957†, which relates to roads situated within Malvern County at Hororata is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Wallace County) Notice No. 2, 1971, dated the 13th day of July 1971† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 (2) (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is hereby revoked.

Disposal of Northland Harbour Board Land

I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143a (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve, pursuant to section 143a (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (a) of the said Act, the disposal by way of sale of the land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Northland Harbour Board pursuant to section 143c of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Auckland containing 8624 square metres, being Lot 82 contained in Deposited Plan 7446, and as described in certificate of title, Volume 212, folio 216.

Secondly, all that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Auckland containing 2.1498 hectares, being Lots 83, 84 and 85 contained in Deposited Plan 7446, and as described in certificate of title, Volume 283, folio 117.
