Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 12th day of January 1982, the following special resolution was passed by the company.

That the company enter into a creditors voluntary winding-up.

That the official assignee be appointed provisional liquidator.

At a meeting of creditors held on the 26th day of January 1982, it was resolved that Kenneth Stewart Kelly of Te Awamutu be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
