Notice Excluding Land From Maori Reservation

WHEREAS by notice in the Gazette, dated 2 February 1981, published 12 February 1981, No. 13, p. 275, the Maori freehold land described in the said notice was set apart as a Maori reservation, and whereas it is proposed to exclude part of the said land from the said Maori reservation.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) (a) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the land referred to in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the said Maori reservation.
