Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Incorporated, Road Stopped and Amalgamated, and Land Taken and Amalgamated in Block III, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, and vested in the Hawke’s Bay County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The areas marked ‘E’ and ‘G’ shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence B4/639 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Fred Lee of Kaiwaka, farmer, (½ share), Robert Frank Rolls of Napier, assistant managing director, Richard Lee of Ridgemount, farmer, and Charles Frederick Lee of Kaiwaka, farmer, (jointly) (½ share) as tenants in common in the said shares;

(ii) The area marked ‘F’ shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title G3/610 subject to mortgage Nos. 233861 and 349739.1;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that the said area shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title G3/610 subject to mortgage Nos. 233861 and 349739.1.
