Land Declared to be Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks XIII and XIV, Otahoua Survey District, Wairarapa South County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, and vested in the Wairarapa South County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area shall vest in Norman Edric Harold Beetham of Masterton, sheep farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage Nos. 960414 and 398433.1.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area shall vest in Norman Edric Harold Beetham of Masterton, sheep farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage Nos. 960414 and 398433.1.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that area shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 404, folio 184.
