Classification of Parts of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (esplanade), and further, declares that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (site for public conveniences and amenity buildings and helicopter landing pad), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Kawhia Harbour Scenic Reserve (Rakaunui)

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Kawhia Harbour Scenic Reserve (Rakaunui).
