Appointment of the Bay of Plenty Catchment Commission to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Bay of Plenty Catchment Commission to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (soil conservation and river control).

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Akaroa County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and vests the said reserve in the Akaroa County Council in trust for that purpose.
