On the 18th day of November 1982, Westpac Banking Corporation appointed Bryan Norreys Kensington and David William Mace, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument being debenture dated the 6th day of April 1973, by Information Systems International Ltd. in favour of Westpac Banking Corporation.
