NOTICE is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 23rd day of November 1982, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:
(a) That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up voluntarily.
(b) That John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountant, of Auckland, be nominated as liquidator for the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named charitable trust held on Sunday, the 14th day of November 1982, at 163 Vivian Street, Wellington, the following special resolution was passed by the members, namely:
That pursuant to the requirements of section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the members of the Vivian Street Assembly Trust Board hereby confirm the resolution passed at a general meeting dated the 10th day of October 1982, namely:
That the Trust Board be wound up voluntarily.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 that a general meeting of the above-named trust will be held at 163 Vivian Street, Wellington, on Sunday, the 12th day of December 1982, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
That the books and papers of the trust and of the liquidator be transferred to Te Aro Assembly Trust Board to be retained for as long as the trustees of that trust may from time to time determine.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
