A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in The Taupo County Council.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated respectively the 16th day of April 1926, the 4th day of March 1938, and the 17th day of February 1982 to be road, and to be vested in The Taupo County Council.
