Commerce Act 1975

NOTICE is hereby given of decision No. 72 of the Commerce Commission dated 4 November 1982. By this decision, which relates to the New Zealand Association of Shipping Agents (Inc.), the Commission revoked the conditions of its earlier decision No. 13, approving a collective pricing agreement operated by the Association, and substituted new conditions.

A copy of the full text of this decision is available for inspection at the Commission’s offices, Sixth Floor, Chase-NBA House, 163 The Terrace, Wellington (P.O. Box 10-273). Copies may be purchased.
