State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Catlins State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Catlins State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—CLUTHA COUNTY

52.9800 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 17897 being part Section 20, Block II, Catlins Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 397, folio 92, as shown on plan G46/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of November 1982.

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaweka State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

3.0200 hectares, more or less, being Section 5, Block IX, Kuripapango Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume H3, folio 810 (S.O. 7034).

1249.8760 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1, 2 and 3, Block V, Kuripapango Survey District, Sections 2, 3 and 4, Block IX, Kuripapango Survey District, part Kohurau 2A Block, situated in Blocks VIII and XI, Kuripapango Survey District, Blocks 132, 133 and 134 and part Block 135, Patoka Crown Grant District, situated in Blocks V and IX, Kuripapango Survey District, and part Block 35, Patoka Crown Grant District, situated in Block IX, Kuripapango Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume H1, folio 1447.

As shown on plan U20/6 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
