Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:

Holy Cross School,
Carruth Road,
Papatoetoe.

The said supplementary integration agreement will come into effect on 21 October 1982. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Lambton Quay, Wellington, and at regional offices.

Insurance Companies Deposits Act 1953, The Victoria Insurance Company Limited—Proposed Release of Deposit

THE Victorian Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter called "the company") has given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on the classes of insurance business in New Zealand designated as classes 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the First Schedule of the above-mentioned Act and that, pursuant to section 19 of such Act, proposes to withdraw the deposit which has been made by it with the Public Trustee.

The Public Trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19 (3) of such Act, that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been provided for, he proposes to release to the company on or after 15 December 1982.

Any objections to the release of the deposit should be lodged with the Public Trustee, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on or before 2 December 1982.

PURSUANT to regulation 12 (1) (C), Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977, the New Zealand Kiwifruit Authority hereby sets as a minimum size for kiwifruit for export the minimum acceptable weight of 70 grams.
