Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified as that of a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares that the said reserve be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XVIII, Invercargill Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland County Council, pursuant to the said Section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
