Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

PURSUANT to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the One Tree Hill Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the One Tree Hill Borough Council in trust for that purpose.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Papakura City Council on the 19th day of April 1982:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Papakura City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land (held by the said city in fee simple) and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be reserves for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
