Notice Prohibiting the Taking of Mussels From Ohiwa Harbour (Notice No. 2912, Ag. 9/6/1/2)

PURSUANT to regulation 101A of the Fisheries (General) Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the taking of mussels from Ohiwa Harbour is prohibited during the period of 6 months commencing with the 1st day of November 1982 and ending with the 31st day of March 1983.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Gore Borough Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of Appointment of Reserves Board

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 21) 1982

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 21) 1982.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1982.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exemption notices shown in the Second Schedule are hereby withdrawn.
