PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a service
lane subject to a right of way easement created by Deed
No. 529.3 (CT88/549); and the land described in the Second
Schedule is hereby acquired for a service lane and shall vest
in The Masterton Borough Council on the 28th day of
October 1982.

Local Government Training Board Notice 1982

PURSUANT to section 15A of the Vocational Training Council
Act 1968, the Minister of Labour gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Local Government
   Training Board Notice 1982.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
   November 1982.

2. (a) There shall be an Industrial Training Board for
   Local Government which shall be known as the Local
   Government Training Board and shall comprise the following
   members:
   (1) One member appointed by the Municipal Association
   of New Zealand (Inc.) and the New Zealand
   Counties’ Association (Inc.) who shall be Chairman
   of the Board.
